What a strong first week looks like.
The first week establishes your operating rhythm. Follow this sequence and you will enter your second week with genuine clarity about your stage and process.
Day 1
Set your foundation
- Read the onboarding checklist in full. This is not optional
- Open the stage workbook and read the objectives for your level
- Download the glossary and journal template and keep them open
Day 2–3
Enter the lesson rhythm
- Complete your first lesson carefully. Do not rush ahead to the next
- Write at least one observation or question in your journal immediately after
- Mark the lesson complete only after the associated exercise is finished
Day 4–7
Build the habit
- Return on a fixed schedule. Same time each day if possible
- Use the resource hub to keep your notes, journal, and checklist organised
- Contact support if the same concept remains unclear after two attempts
