Refund policy

7-day refund window.

Every paid stage carries a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. A full refund is available within that window, returned to your original payment method.

To request a refund: email support@bharathshiksha.com with your registered email and "refund request" in the subject line.

The window

The window opens at the moment of purchase confirmation and runs for 7 calendar days. It applies per stage — each enrolment carries its own independent window from its purchase date. All-Inclusive bundle purchases carry a single 7-day window on the bundle as a whole.

After the window, enrolment is permanent. No annual fees, no renewals, and no refunds.

What is refunded

The full purchase amount, including any applicable GST, returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. Bank-side processing timelines depend on your institution.

Refund requests are subject to a minimum course completion threshold. Last reviewed: 2026-05-08. Disputes governed by Indian law; jurisdiction Bengaluru.
