The five Stage 2 volumes

Volume 1 · Setup Architecture

The 10-setup playbook framework

The structural anatomy of a tradeable setup: entry trigger, invalidation, target, position size, expected R-multiple, regime context, and the "do-nothing" criteria. Builds the actual 10 named setups Stage 2 students trade — five long-side, five short-side — sourced from the encyclopedia and adapted for Indian-market mechanics (NSE F&O lot sizes, expiry-week behaviour, monthly settlement effects).

Volume 2 · Regime Filters

Macro regime, breadth and the volatility overlay

Why an identical setup wins in one regime and loses in another. The 4-quadrant macro regime map (rates × growth). Breadth indicators (advance-decline, NHNL, McClellan). India VIX regime states. The overlay rule: trade setup A in regime X, setup B in regime Y, sit out regime Z. Sits the playbook on top of regime-conditional logic instead of pretending all conditions are equivalent.

Volume 3 · Position Sizing & Risk Architecture

Kelly, fractional Kelly, ATR-based sizing, and the heat-table

Stage 1 teaches the 1% rule. Stage 2 teaches when 1% is too much and when it's too little. Kelly criterion, fractional Kelly safety margin, ATR-derived stop placement, max-portfolio-heat caps, sector concentration caps, and the daily/weekly drawdown circuit-breakers that prevent revenge trading. Includes the spreadsheet template (Google Sheets + Excel).

Volume 4 · Trade Journal & Weekly Review Ritual

The weekly review that compounds into edge

The journal template (pre-trade hypothesis, execution log, exit grading, rule-adherence score), the Sunday weekly review structure (top 3 wins, top 3 losses, regime check, setup-effectiveness scorecard, next-week pre-mortem), and the quarterly review that updates the playbook itself. The skill that turns 1,000 trades into a system rather than 1,000 stories.

Volume 5 · Capstone — The Stage 2 System Build

Build, paper-trade, and grade your own version of the playbook

Two-week supervised exercise where you take the 10-setup playbook, adapt it to your account size and time availability, paper-trade it for two weeks across all market regimes available in the period, and submit the journal for grading. Pass = automatic Stage 3 discount code. Fail = re-grade with notes; lifetime access means the work is yours to retake.

The Master Encyclopedia bundle (included)

Stage 2 enrolment unlocks the complete 1,058-methodology Master Encyclopedia — 29 volumes spanning 7 scanner categories: Intraday, Candlestick, Range Breakout, Bullish, Bearish, Crossovers, and the new Volume Profile / Auction Theory series. Sourced from canonical authors (Minervini, O'Neil, Weinstein, Wyckoff, Steidlmayer, Ehlers, Kaufman). This is the reference shelf that sits behind the 10-setup playbook — students dip into it for any methodology that catches their eye, which over time becomes the largest source of self-directed learning in the curriculum.

What Stage 2 is not

  • Not a stock-picking service. Stage 2 teaches you to identify your own trades; it does not give you trades.
  • Not a sub-day-trading playbook. Intraday tactics are covered in Stage 3 — Stage 2 focuses on the 1-day to 4-week swing window.
  • Not a live signal feed. The compliance posture (institutional educational publisher, not a SEBI-RA) means Stage 2 will never include named live signals.
  • Not a guarantee of profitability. Stage 2 is a system for thinking about trades; the trades themselves are yours to make and answer for.

Who should buy Stage 2 right now

  • You finished Stage 1, the gate-quiz score was >75% on first attempt, and the worksheet pages were taking less than 25 minutes — Stage 2 will challenge you appropriately.
  • You've been trading 1-3 years, mostly breakeven, you can read charts but feel the gap is "process discipline" rather than "more indicators" — Stage 2 is precisely the gap-filler.
  • You want the Encyclopedia. Stage 2 is the lowest-cost entry point for the full 1,058-methodology bundle.

Who should NOT buy Stage 2 yet

  • You haven't completed Stage 1 capstone. The Volume 5 quiz is the placement test for a reason — Stage 2 builds directly on those frameworks.
  • You're looking for tips, signals, or quick wins. This curriculum is the opposite of that.
  • You're hoping the encyclopedia tells you "which methodology works best." It does not. The encyclopedia is reference material; the playbook is application.
