One volume, opened up.
Five volumes make a stage. Each one comes with a fourteen-page worksheet, its answer key, and a set of drills. A drill is not a quiz question. It ends by telling you exactly what should be sitting on the page in front of you when you have finished, so you can tell whether you did the work or only read it. Here is a real one.
The Completed Setup, Walked Forward
You are given three numbers from the chapter. Work out the stop, the risk per share, the target, and the first trailing stop, showing the arithmetic. Then check your four answers against the chapter's.
Your journal page shows all 4 computed numbers with their arithmetic visible, matching the chapter's walk.

The Full Academy
All six stages, ninety volumes, three tracks running through every one of them, and the live room for all of it. You still join the September cohort at whichever stage you start; the rest is already yours when you reach it.

The room
Fifteen seats, one profession.
Fifteen seats, and every one of them held for an HR or L&D professional. That is the whole design. The person beside you evaluates training for a living, reads a syllabus the way you do, and presses the question you were still drafting. A general cohort cannot give you that room at any price.
Four live sessions every week on Zoom, with weekend sessions held for this cohort because a room of working professionals cannot reliably make a Tuesday afternoon. Every session is recorded and indexed by topic, so a session you miss is a session you can still sit through in full.
Nothing further. The live sessions and the peer room are part of the stage you enrol in: no separate fee, no renewal, no expiry. The filmed volumes, the worksheets and everything you download are yours permanently.

Which stage should I take?
Read the five volume titles under each stage and pick the one where roughly the first two are already familiar and the last three are not. That is the stage that will teach you something without stranding you. If two stages both read that way, take the earlier one: the material is cumulative and nothing in it will be wasted.
Is this different material from the public curriculum?
Same curriculum, same volumes, same worksheets. What changes is the room and the clock: every seat in your cohort is held for an HR or L&D professional, and the live session is scheduled for a weekend. The material is not simplified for a corporate audience, and it is not padded to look senior either.
What is the weekly commitment?
One live session on a weekend, on Zoom, recorded and indexed by topic if you miss it. Between sessions you work through the filmed volumes and worksheets at whatever pace your week allows. A volume's main programme runs about seventy five minutes; the drills take longer than the film does.
How often are the live sessions?
Four live sessions a week on Zoom, every one recorded and indexed by topic. They are included in the stage you enrol in, they do not expire, and there is nothing further to pay to keep attending.
Will anyone here tell me what to buy or sell?
No, and no one ever will. Bharath Shiksha is an educational publisher inside SEBI's framework, not an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. There are no tips, no signals and no return claims anywhere in the programme.
