HR & L&D Cohorts · September 2026
You place people in programmes for a living. Place yourself.
Six cohorts open this September, one for each stage of the curriculum, fifteen seats in each, every seat held for an HR or L&D professional. There is no application and nobody screens you: you read six stage descriptions, mark the one that describes you, and enrol. The weekly live session sits on a weekend because your weekdays are spoken for.
Bharath Shiksha is an educational publisher inside SEBI's framework. No tips, no signals, no return claims.
You.
No one.

The premise
Every programme you have ever commissioned was for someone else.
The needs analysis was for a sales floor or a graduate batch. The budget sat in a cost centre. The outcome, when it arrived, showed up in someone else's appraisal. That is the job, and you are good at it.
This cohort runs the other way: your own money, your own weekend, and a capability that stays with you whatever happens to the org chart. You already know how to judge a curriculum. So this page hands you the material and stays out of the way.
The material
The material, measured.

Volumes3
Parallel tracksThree tracks run through every stage at once: the core curriculum, a dedicated technical analysis track, and an AI companion volume. The library grows by more than twenty filmed hours a month, so the shelf you buy is longer by the time you finish it.
One volume, opened up.
A volume is a filmed main programme of about seventy five minutes, a bonus segment of fifteen to twenty, a fourteen-page companion worksheet, and drills. Every drill ends with a written line stating what must exist before you may call it done. One of them ends: all seven rows read as numbers or defined events, your computed stop is 551.50, and zero rows contain an adjective. You either have that page or you do not.
The Seven-Field Specification
Rule a seven-field card in your journal: Identity, Regime, Structure, Trigger, Stop, Target, Invalidation. Write the Stop row as a formula a machine could compute, then compute it.
All 7 rows read as numbers or defined events, your computed stop is 551.50, and 0 rows contain an adjective.
A drill's end condition, reproduced from the Stage 2 drill workbook. The point of the format: you can check it against a stranger's journal, or your own.
The decision
Six stages. The only process is your decision.
Enrol in the stage whose first line describes you today, not the one whose name flatters your seniority. Every stage is open to you: nothing here checks your background, and nobody at Bharath Shiksha will move you up or down. If two lines both fit, read both stages in full on the curriculum page, or take all six and settle it on your own time.

The Full Academy
Every stage, every track, every volume, as one enrolment. The cohorts still run on their September dates; the bundle means the next shelf is already yours.
Prices are the standard curriculum prices, in Indian Rupees. Checkout is Razorpay: UPI, cards, netbanking.
The room
Fifteen seats, one profession.
A general cohort seats a college student beside a retired banker, and everyone stays polite. This room does not have that problem. Every seat is held for an HR or L&D professional: the person next to you has sat through as many vendor pitches as you have, knows what a worksheet is for, and asks the question you were still drafting.
The live session runs weekly on Zoom, on a weekend slot, because fifteen working professionals cannot reliably make a Tuesday afternoon. Every session is recorded and indexed by topic. Miss a week and you have missed the room, not the material.
The live room is included for your first ninety days. Staying in it after that costs ₹999 a quarter, and it is optional. The filmed volumes, the worksheets and everything you have downloaded never lapse either way.
Recorded and indexed by topic, every week, so the session you miss is still findable by the thing it covered.
The file
Six briefs, before any money moves.
Six documents, served as direct PDF links. No email address asked, no form, no follow-up sequence. Read them at your own pace and decide slowly; the file does not know you took it.
The Reckoning
The published record on retail trading outcomes in India.

What this is, and what it is not.
Bharath Shiksha is an educational publisher operating inside SEBI's framework. It is not an Investment Adviser and not a Research Analyst. It teaches method. It does not manage money, advise on money, or signal anyone's trades.
Tips, signals, buy or sell calls, return claims. Not in the curriculum, not in the live sessions, not anywhere. If you are shopping for calls, this is the wrong school.
These cohorts take individual enrolments only. If your organisation wants to send a group, write to support@bharathshiksha.com; that is its own conversation, and this page will not pretend to have it.
The questions
Before you decide.
Which stage should I take?
The one whose first line on the decision sheet describes you. Every stage is open to you; nobody at Bharath Shiksha assigns you, and nothing about your background is checked. If two lines both read true, open both stages on the curriculum page and compare the volume lists, or take the bundle and let the question stop mattering.
Is this different material from the public curriculum?
Same curriculum, same volumes, same worksheets. What changes is the room and the clock: every seat in your cohort is held for an HR or L&D professional, and the live session is scheduled for a weekend. The material is not simplified for a corporate audience, and it is not padded to look senior either.
What is the weekly commitment?
One live session on a weekend, on Zoom, recorded and indexed by topic if you miss it. Between sessions you work through the filmed volumes and worksheets at whatever pace your week allows. A volume's main programme runs about seventy five minutes; the drills take longer than the film does.
What happens after the first ninety days?
The live cohort is included free for ninety days from enrolment. After that, staying in the live room costs ₹999 a quarter, and it is optional. The curriculum, the worksheets and everything you have downloaded stay yours either way.
Will anyone here tell me what to buy or sell?
No, and no one ever will. Bharath Shiksha is an educational publisher inside SEBI's framework, not an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. There are no tips, no signals and no return claims anywhere in the programme.
Can I enrol colleagues, or my company?
Not through this page. These six cohorts take individual enrolments only. For a group, write to support@bharathshiksha.com and it will be handled as a separate conversation.
Six rooms open in September. You have made this call for years, for other people.
