v2, May 2026 में cohort feature, affiliate program, testimonials, diagnostic, और SEBI January 2025 framework के तहत refined educational-publisher posture को cover करने के लिए update। किसी भी भारत शिक्षा stage में enrol करके या bharathshiksha.com use करके, आप इन terms को accept करते हैं।

Plain-Hindi summary: भारत शिक्षा एक educational publisher है। हम structured curriculum तक access sell करते हैं। हम investment advice नहीं देते। Lifetime access का मतलब lifetime है — कोई annual fees नहीं, कोई auto-renewals नहीं। 7 दिन में refund, कोई सवाल नहीं। Affiliate commissions honest-marketing terms के subject हैं। Testimonials consent require करते हैं और performance claims exclude करते हैं। Disputes Indian law द्वारा governed; jurisdiction Bengaluru।

1. Scope & educational publisher posture

भारत शिक्षा एक educational publisher है। हम educational purposes के लिए structured curriculum, encyclopedia content, calculators, articles, और tutor channel access provide करते हैं। हम नहीं देते:

Specific securities पर investment advice या recommendations।
Buy/sell/hold signals, real-time alerts, या trading-call services।
Personalised investment plans या portfolio management।
Performance projections, return guarantees, या trading accuracy की claims।
Brokerage, trade execution, या fund-management services।

SEBI January 2025 circular (जो investor education को investment advice से distinguish करता है) के अनुसार, हमारा पूरा scope education है। Compliance whitepaper (/compliance/whitepaper.pdf) हमारे content, platform, और operational controls detail करता है।

2. Enrolment, payment, lifetime access

Enrolment

किसी भी भारत शिक्षा stage में enrolment के लिए चाहिए: valid email address, Razorpay के through stage fee का payment (या All-Inclusive bundle), 18+ age की self-declaration, और इन terms की acceptance।

Payment

सभी payments Razorpay द्वारा process होते हैं। हम UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, और supported wallets accept करते हैं। हम cash, cheques, या cryptocurrency accept नहीं करते। Currency: केवल Indian Rupees (₹)।

Lifetime access — मतलब क्या है

"Lifetime access" का मतलब literal lifetime: कोई annual fees नहीं, कोई automatic renewals नहीं, कोई surprise charges नहीं। 7-दिन refund window पूरा होने के बाद आपकी enrolment permanent है। यह apply होता है:

Video lessons, curriculum book PDFs, और lesson-library access पर।
आपकी enrolled cohort के discussion thread पर।
Curriculum के updates पर (book के नए editions, refreshed videos) — कोई additional cost नहीं।
Tutor channel access पर (fair-use limits के subject)।

Lifetime access में नहीं है:

आपने जो future stages enrol नहीं किए।
आपकी enrolled cohort के बाहर की cohorts (उसी stage की future cohort में फिर से enrol करने पर कोई payment नहीं, लेकिन seat availability guaranteed नहीं)।
आपकी enrolment के बाद add होने वाली नई scanner categories (Crossovers, Volume Profile आदि) का content, अगर new category अलग से sold होती है। ज़्यादातर encyclopedia expansions included हैं; catalogue में explicit additions अलग से priced हो सकती हैं।

Account responsibilities

आपकी account credentials आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी हैं। Login share न करें। Unauthorised access के suspicion पर password change करें और support@bharathshiksha.com को notify करें। Non-students के साथ credentials share करना refund के बिना account termination का grounds है (देखें Acceptable Use section 5)।

3. Cohort enrolment terms

Cohort enrolment में solo enrolment की हर चीज़ शामिल है (curriculum, book, videos, tutor channel) plus:

Cohort के duration के लिए और बाद में cohort discussion thread access।
Zoom पर monthly live cohort Q&A, asynchronous viewing के लिए recorded।
Cohort thread questions पर curriculum staff की 24 working hours में response।
Journal review के लिए optional cohort partner pairing।

Cohort price solo path के identical है। Cohort paid upgrade नहीं है; एक structural choice है। 7-दिन refund window के अंदर cohort से solo (या उल्टा) switch करना supported है; window के बाहर switching curriculum team के discretion पर है।

Cohort cap और waitlist

हर cohort 25 students पर capped है। Waitlist members को public enrolment open होने से 24 hours पहले priority enrolment window मिलता है। Waitlist join करने से कोई obligation नहीं बनती।

Cohort behaviour expectations

Cohort participants agree करते हैं:

Cohort thread पर civil discussion। Disagreement fine है; personal attacks, harassment, और abusive language refund के बिना cohort removal का grounds हैं (7-दिन window के बाद)।
कोई tip-sharing नहीं। Cohort thread curriculum-driven learning के लिए है — market predictions या specific-security recommendations swap करने के लिए नहीं। SEBI educational-publisher posture के अनुसार।
Cohort Q&A sessions की कोई unauthorized recording या distribution नहीं। Recordings cohort members के साथ platform के through share होती हैं; external distribution के लिए written permission चाहिए।

4. Refund policy reference

पूरी refund policy refund-policy.html पर documented है। Summary: हर stage पर 7-दिन full refund window, कोई सवाल नहीं। Genuine circumstances (medical, family, technical issues) के लिए discretionary post-window refunds। Refund process: support@bharathshiksha.com पर email करें; 5–7 working days में process।

5. Acceptable use

आप agree करते हैं:

Curriculum केवल personal educational purposes के लिए use करना।
अपने account के बाहर किसी के साथ login credentials share नहीं करना।
Video content, PDFs, या किसी curriculum material को non-students तक download/rip/redistribute नहीं करना। Bulk redistribution refund के बिना immediate termination का grounds है और Indian Copyright Act 1957 के तहत legal action attract कर सकता है।
Platform reverse-engineer नहीं करना, unauthorised access attempt नहीं करना, या bharathshiksha.com की security से interfere नहीं करना।
Tutor channel या cohort thread का use academy के affiliate program के बाहर commercial purposes के लिए दूसरे students को solicit करने में नहीं करना।
दूसरे students, curriculum staff, या academy को किसी communication में impersonate नहीं करना।
Cohort thread पर ऐसा content post नहीं करना जो Indian law (defamation, hate speech, threats आदि) violate करे।

Acceptable use का violation severity के basis पर warning, content removal, account suspension, या account termination का grounds है। Major violations (credential sharing, content redistribution, harassment) typically refund के बिना termination में result होती हैं।

6. Intellectual property

bharathshiksha.com का सारा content — curriculum books, encyclopedia methodologies, articles, calculators, brand marks, और design elements सहित — भारत शिक्षा की intellectual property है, अन्यथा marked होने पर। Trademark: Bharath Shiksha।

आपकी enrolment आपको curriculum को personal educational purposes के लिए access और use करने का non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence देती है। आप कर सकते हैं:

Personal use के लिए curriculum books और worksheets print।
Personal reference के लिए videos और lessons से notes।
Calculator outputs अपनी files में save।
Attribution के साथ academic / journalistic / educational work में हमारे content का reference।

आप नहीं कर सकते:

Curriculum content को अपने enrolled account के बाहर किसी के साथ distribute, sell, या share।
किसी curriculum material से brand watermarks remove।
Commercial use के लिए हमारे content पर derivative works (rewordings, summaries, courses) create।
Written permission के बिना भारत शिक्षा trademarks का commercial contexts में use।

7. Testimonials

/testimonials.html के through testimonial submissions इन terms के subject हैं:

Consent bharathshiksha.com पर publication के लिए, कभी भी written रूप में consent revoke करने के right के साथ (revocation 7 working days में testimonial remove करता है)।
Compliance check — हम ऐसे testimonials auto-reject करते हैं जिनमें performance claims, return percentages, "guaranteed/sure-shot" language, या specific buy/sell/hold references हों। यह structural है, editorial नहीं।
Light editing — हम publication से पहले length या clarity के लिए lightly edit कर सकते हैं (meaning change किए बिना)। Substantive edits live होने से पहले submitter के साथ review।
Honest experience — testimonials आपके actual learning experience को reflect करने चाहिए। Fabricated या fraudulent testimonials remove होते हैं और submitter का account terminate।

8. Affiliate program terms

Affiliate program participation /affiliate.html पर documented terms plus इन subject है:

केवल genuine recommendations। Cold-traffic arbitrage, disclosure के बिना academy को paid traffic, या spam-style promotion program को violate करते हैं। Continued violations affiliate relationship को बिना accrued commissions के payout के end करते हैं।
Compliance posture का respect। Affiliate marketing copy specific returns promise नहीं कर सकती, signals पर accuracy claim नहीं कर सकती, या academy के SEBI educational-publisher posture को contradict नहीं कर सकती।
कोई self-referrals नहीं। Affiliates अपने link का use उन stages में enrol करने के लिए नहीं कर सकते जिनमें वो already enrolled नहीं हैं।
Refunded enrolments commission earn नहीं करते। अगर enrolment 7-दिन window के अंदर refund होती है, उस referral के लिए आपकी commission भी reverse होती है।
Tax responsibility affiliate की है। Commissions Indian tax requirements के अनुसार reported होती हैं। Affiliates payouts पर income tax के लिए responsible हैं।
Program 30 दिन के notice के साथ modify या terminate हो सकता है। Existing pending payouts honoured रहते हैं।

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Educational scope disclaimer

Curriculum educational है। यह investment advice नहीं, किसी security को buy या sell करने की recommendation नहीं, और किसी specific trading outcome की guarantee नहीं देता। Trading और investing में पूँजी loss का substantial risk है; past performance future results की guarantee नहीं देती। ज़्यादातर retail traders जो actively trade करते हैं, multi-year horizons पर पैसा loss करते हैं।

No accuracy claims

Curriculum, encyclopedia, और articles में methodology examples कम से कम 30-day data lag के साथ anonymised historical data use करते हैं। हम methodologies की live trading पर accuracy के बारे में कोई claims नहीं करते; content describe करता है कि कैसे सोचना है, क्या होगा यह नहीं।

Limitation of liability

Indirect, consequential, special, या punitive damages के लिए।
Trading opportunity का loss, profits का loss, या business interruption के लिए।
हमारे reasonable control से बाहर third-party services (Netlify, Razorpay, Postmark) में errors के लिए।

यह limitation Consumer Protection Act 2019 और DPDP Act 2023 सहित Indian law के तहत आपके consumer-protection rights को waive नहीं करती।

10. Changes to terms

जब हम features add करते हैं, processors change करते हैं, या regulatory updates respond करते हैं — हम इन terms को update करते हैं। Material changes enrolled students को email के through notify किए जाते हैं change effective होने से कम से कम 30 दिन पहले। Effective date के बाद service का continued use acceptance बनती है।

Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, factual corrections) silently version number और date update करके किए जाते हैं। हर terms version के top पर version history maintained है।

11. Governing law & disputes

ये terms India के laws द्वारा governed हैं। इन terms या आपके bharathshiksha.com use से उत्पन्न कोई भी dispute Bengaluru, Karnataka की courts के exclusive jurisdiction के subject है।

Legal proceedings initiate करने से पहले, आप grievance-redressal.html पर grievance redressal procedure के through resolution attempt करने को agree करते हैं। Internal redressal path end-to-end ~22 working days लेता है; ज़्यादातर disputes Stage 1 या Stage 2 पर बिना escalation के resolve हो जाते हैं।
