Refund Policy
7-दिन का refund window। कोई सवाल नहीं।
हर paid stage पर purchase से 7 दिन का refund window है। उस window के अंदर आप किसी भी कारण से — या बिना कारण — पूरा refund माँग सकते हैं। 7 दिन के बाद lifetime access apply होता है और curriculum हमेशा के लिए आपका है — आप कभी भी revisit कर सकते हैं। यह page पूरी policy document करता है: process, timeline, exceptions, और cohort enrolment + bundle pricing के साथ कैसे interact करता है।
7-दिन का window
7-दिन का refund window purchase confirmation के moment से शुरू होता है (Razorpay payment receipt timestamp)। यह 7 calendar दिन तक चलता है, working days नहीं — 7वें दिन उसी समय पर खत्म होता है। Window के बाद आने वाले refund requests discretionary review process से जाते हैं (नीचे documented)।
Window हर stage पर अलग apply होता है। अगर आज आपने Stage 1 enrol किया और 30 दिन बाद Stage 2 — दोनों के अपने-अपने 7-दिन के refund windows हैं, हर एक अपनी purchase date से।
Eligible vs ineligible refund scenarios

Refund process
support@bharathshiksha.comपर email करें — registered email और subject line में "refund request"।- Refund Razorpay के through आपके original payment method पर process होता है। Banking-side timing आपके bank पर depend करती है।
- Account access revoke। Refund complete होने पर login disable; downloaded materials delete करने चाहिए।
क्या refund होता है
- Full purchase amount — जो Razorpay के through pay किया गया। Currency conversion costs (अगर non-INR में pay किया) refundable नहीं — वो आपके card / bank द्वारा intermediated हैं।
- Taxes (GST etc.) standard refund flow के हिस्से के रूप में principal के साथ refund होते हैं।
Cohort-specific refund details
Cohort enrolment refund के purposes के लिए solo enrolment से structurally identical है — same 7-दिन window, same process। दो cohort-specific notes:
- Mid-cohort refund। Cohort enrolment के 7 दिन के अंदर लेकिन cohort already start: full refund। Cohort thread access revoke। Solo path का lifetime access (same content, no cohort) cohort price के आधे (₹2,499) पर retain किया जा सकता है अगर refund time पर conversion request किया जाए। ज़्यादातर ऐसे requests working-life-conflict cases हैं जो अपने pace पर continue करना चाहते हैं।
- Refund seat public pool में वापस करता है। अगर cohort full है और आप 7 दिन के अंदर refund करते हैं, आपकी seat return होकर waitlist के अगले student को offer होती है। Mid-cohort refunds के बावजूद cohort cap enforce होता है।
Refundable नहीं
- Bundle stage-by-stage refunds 7 दिन के बाद। All-Inclusive bundle एक unit के रूप में sell होता है। 7-दिन window के बाद bundle से single stage refund structurally possible नहीं — bundle pricing stage-bundling reflect करती है।
- Cohort enrolment के बाद जब cohort complete हो चुका हो। 12-week cohort complete होने पर experience deliver हो चुका है। Completed cohorts के लिए discretionary refunds केवल compliance-related complaints पर apply होते हैं (जैसे capstone के बाद curriculum quality materially wanting पाया जाए)।
- दूसरों के enrolments पर आपकी earned affiliate commission। Referrals के लिए आपको paid affiliate commissions आपके अपने enrolment के refund से independent हैं। अगर आपका referred व्यक्ति 7 दिन के अंदर refund करता है, उस referral के लिए आपकी commission भी reverse होती है (standard affiliate program practice)।
- आपके द्वारा use किए गए prior-cohort discount codes। अगर आपने graduation-bonus discount code (जैसे Foundation completion के बाद Stage 2 पर 15% off) use किया और Stage 2 7 दिन के अंदर refund किया, discount code consumed हो जाता है — future Stage 2 enrolment के लिए re-use नहीं हो सकता।
Discretionary post-window refunds
Discretionary review path genuine reasons के लिए है जो standard 7-दिन window में fit नहीं होते: medical emergencies, sudden career changes, family circumstances, या technical/quality concerns जो हम Stage 1–3 escalation के through address नहीं कर पाए। Discretionary review:
- Grievance redressal Stage 2 के through file (escalation:
curriculum@bharathshiksha.com)। - Circumstances, satisfactory resolution क्या होगा (full refund, partial refund, access pause आदि), और relevant supporting documentation include करें।
- 7 working days के अंदर decision। Genuine circumstances वाले ज़्यादातर discretionary requests favourable resolution पाते हैं।
- Decision reasoning के साथ written रूप में documented होता है — चाहे आपके favour में हो या नहीं।
Records & transparency
Refund volumes (aggregate, anonymised) quarterly compliance report में reported होते हैं (Q1 2026 report)। Refund metrics का public disclosure academy की compliance posture का हिस्सा है। Individual refund details private हैं और disclose नहीं किए जाते।
यह refund policy भारत शिक्षा द्वारा अपने students से किया गया एक binding commitment है। यह annually review होती है और material changes होने पर update होती है। Last reviewed: 2026-05-08। Disputes Indian law द्वारा governed हैं; jurisdiction Bengaluru। यह policy Indian law के तहत आपके consumer-protection rights को waive नहीं करती।
