No-questions-asked refund within 7 days.

If a stage is not what you expected, we refund within 24 hours. The form below opens a refund request — Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we approve. We approve every well-formed request inside the 7-day window. No phone calls, no win-back flows, no friction.

The Bharath Shiksha refund promise

  • 7-day window from the date of enrolment confirmation
  • 24-hour decision — typically same business day, never longer than 24 hours
  • No questions asked within the window. We don't ask why; we don't try to talk you out of it
  • Original payment method — refund returns to the same card / UPI / netbanking that paid
  • Full amount — no processing fee deduction; we absorb Razorpay's transaction fee
  • 5-7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect (Razorpay's processing window — outside our control)

After submitting, you will receive an auto-acknowledgement email within 5 minutes and a refund decision within 24 hours.

What happens next

  1. Auto-acknowledge email arrives within 5 minutes confirming we have your request
  2. Match against Razorpay record happens within the next 24 hours
  3. Approval email sent confirming refund initiated to your original payment method
  4. 5-7 business days for Razorpay to process the refund back to card/UPI/netbanking
  5. Stage access revoked at the time of refund approval. Any downloaded PDFs remain on your device but you lose portal access.
