Refund within 7 days.

If a stage is not what you expected, the form below opens a refund request. Inside the 7-day window per stage, full refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay. The exact crediting time is determined by Razorpay and your bank.

The Bharath Shiksha refund policy

  • 7-day refund window per stage from the date of enrolment confirmation.
  • Within the window. Full refund, no questions, no win-back flow.
  • Original payment method — refund returns to the same card / UPI / netbanking that paid, via Razorpay.
  • Banking-side crediting timing is determined by Razorpay and your bank and is outside our control.

Genuinely optional. Refund decision does not depend on this.

After submitting, you will receive an auto-acknowledgement email confirming we have your request.

What happens next

  1. Auto-acknowledge email confirming we have your request.
  2. Match against Razorpay record for the enrolment.
  3. Approval email sent confirming refund initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  4. Razorpay then processes the refund back to your card/UPI/netbanking; banking-side crediting timing is outside our control.
  5. Stage access revoked at the time of refund approval. Any downloaded PDFs remain on your device but you lose portal access.
