How a cohort runs
The design is deliberately simple: take the evergreen curriculum, add a shared clock and a live room. These are the five things a cohort adds, described as they are built to work, not as any promise about your results.
- 1A synchronous start date. A cohort begins on a fixed date and moves on a weekly cadence, so the batch is on the same volume in the same week, a shared clock that a self-paced track cannot give you.
- 2A private cohort channel. For the first four weeks of a stage, the cohort has its own channel for questions, worksheet comparisons and discussion, separate from the general community.
- 3A weekly live Q&A. Each week, a live session with the curriculum team covers methodology and framework questions from the batch. Sessions are recorded and indexed by topic for later reference.
- 4Capstone peer review. Your stage capstone is reviewed by fellow cohort members in addition to the curriculum team, so the feedback comes from more than one direction.
