Pre-work — complete before kickoff

Pre-work takes about 45 minutes total. Doing it before live session 1 makes the first hour productive instead of orientation.

Set up the trade journal templateDownload from the Resources section below. Fill in five rows from any historical trade so the format is muscle-memory.
Calendar-block all live sessionsBi-weekly cadence. Block both the session and the 15 minutes after for the discussion thread.
Test your audio + video setupThe platform we use is shared in your enrolment email. A 5-minute test now prevents disruption on kickoff day.
