Before a single indicator or pattern, you learn how markets actually work. NSE structure and session mechanics, candlestick anatomy across 40+ patterns, support and resistance drawn the right way, volume as a confirmation tool, position sizing in INR across every account size from ₹50,000 to ₹1 crore, structural stop loss placement, R-multiples, drawdown mathematics, and the cognitive biases that destroy retail accounts. You walk out with a written pre-trade checklist, a trade journal system, a 30-day practice plan, and the structural literacy to read any chart on any timeframe. Includes an 86-page curriculum book.

Wyckoff methodology, Elliott Wave, harmonic patterns, order flow, and professional-grade backtesting. Where retail becomes institutional.
At Stage 3, you stop borrowing frameworks and start building your own. Wyckoff accumulation and distribution schematics with phases A through E, springs and upthrusts. Elliott Wave for context, not prediction. Harmonic patterns (Gartley, Bat, Butterfly, Crab) with Potential Reversal Zone entry rules. Advanced market structure including break of structure, change of character, liquidity pools, and fair value gaps. Backtesting done without look-ahead bias, survivorship bias, or curve-fitting. The Stage 4 curriculum is the bridge from discretionary trader to quant researcher. Python pandas/numpy with Anaconda or Miniconda environments, vectorised and event-driven backtesting with the FY26 Indian transaction-cost stack codified in code, time-series econometrics (ARIMA, GARCH, cointegration with Engle-Granger and Johansen, Hidden Markov regime detection), machine learning framed as cross-sectional ranking with Combinatorial Purged Cross-Validation, and the institutional deployment gate (Probabilistic Sharpe Ratio > 0.95, Deflated Sharpe Ratio adjusted, Backtest Overfitting Probability < 0.3, Minimum Track Record Length met). Built on Lopez de Prado 2018 and Bailey-Lopez de Prado validation methodology. By the end of Mastery I, you ship the bsh_engine v1.0 — a versioned 13-module Python package — with three or more strategies that have passed the full deployment gate. Systems Architect: legal entity setup, broker API integration, live monitoring, kill-switches, first hire, compliance path.
Stage 5 transitions the Stage 4 graduate from quant researcher to operator-CEO. Legal entity selection (OPC, Pvt Ltd, LLP, family-office structure). Live deployment infrastructure with broker-API integration (a representative Indian retail broker), production monitoring, kill-switches, drift detection, and reconciliation discipline. First hire pathways (VA, junior analyst, quant engineer) with HR fundamentals. Compliance path covering SEBI Investment Adviser registration and Research Analyst registration. The capstone is the operator-grade multi-strategy book governance at institutional scale. Stage 5 is for Stage 4 graduates choosing to scale beyond solo capital management.
Institutional Elite: AIF Category III operations, Black-Litterman, factor models, fiduciary frameworks. The institutional capstone.
Stage 6 is the institutional-grade closure. Black-Litterman portfolio construction with views and equilibrium weights. Factor models (Fama-French 5-factor, Asness-Frazzini quality, Carhart momentum). Risk parity at institutional scale. Client-money fiduciary frameworks and trust-law fundamentals. AIF Category III operations covering structure, governance, and reporting. The capstone is a peer-reviewed multi-mandate book reviewed by the academy mentorship panel. Includes direct mentor access, advanced case studies, and ongoing curriculum updates. Stage 6 is for graduates managing client money or running institutional-scale family office.
